FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Do you actually come on-site?

Yes. Floor-level work is the whole point — we solve problems where they happen, alongside your operators and process owners. Remote support and check-ins fill the gaps between visits.

Where are you based, and where do you work?

CauseLogic is based in Decatur, Alabama. We work on-site with automotive suppliers across Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky and South Carolina, and support suppliers elsewhere in the US. Ask us about your location.

What size suppliers do you work with?

Tier 1, 2, and 3 automotive suppliers. Recent engagements range from stamping and sealing to gasket and cylinder-head value streams across the Southeast.

How is an engagement priced?

Every plant is different, so we scope after a plant walk — from focused problem-solving sprints to ongoing quality leadership. We'll put a clear plan and number in front of you with no obligation.

Can I use Stratum MES without consulting?

Absolutely. Stratum stands on its own. Many plants pair it with a CauseLogic engagement to stand it up faster, but it's not required.

Which standards do you support?

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 14001 — including ISO 9001 → IATF 16949 transitions, gap assessments, mock audits, and findings closure.
